7. Risks and Liability

Zenrupi Services are offered “AS IS.” Zenrupi is not liable for risks related to cryptocurrency market volatility, regulatory changes, technical malfunctions, or cybersecurity breaches. Users acknowledge these inherent risks and assume full responsibility.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Zenrupi and its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees against all liabilities, costs, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Zenrupi is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including losses related to cryptocurrency transactions.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content and technology provided by Zenrupi are proprietary. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without Zenrupi’s explicit permission.

Zenrupi is not responsible for third-party websites linked on our platform. Visiting external links is at your own risk.

12. Termination

Zenrupi may suspend or terminate your access to Services without notice if you violate these Terms. Users may request account closure, subject to verification and clearance of pending transactions.

13. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Disputes related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration. Users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

16. KYC and Zenrupi Coin Migration (Mainnet Phase)

During Zenrupi’s Mainnet phase, users must complete mandatory identity verification (KYC) to receive Zenrupi coins. Failure to successfully complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of any accumulated Zenrupi coins.

17. Tax Obligations

Users are solely responsible for reporting and managing any applicable taxes arising from transactions involving Zenrupi coins. Zenrupi will not be held liable for any tax-related obligations or penalties.

18. Prohibited Jurisdictions

Zenrupi services are not available in certain jurisdictions due to regulatory restrictions. Users residing in or moving to these jurisdictions must cease using Zenrupi Services immediately.

19. Maintenance and Downtime

Zenrupi may periodically conduct maintenance, updates, or improvements that may result in temporary interruptions to services. Zenrupi is not liable for any inconvenience or losses caused by such interruptions.

20. User Feedback

Any feedback or suggestions provided by users regarding Zenrupi’s Services may be freely used by Zenrupi without obligation or compensation to the user.
